Who we accredit

Who Can Apply for CHSPS Accreditation?

CHSPS considers applications by the type of program, credential, education offering or operational system — and the published criteria for it — not by the organization's industry alone.

01

Scope, not sector

The same organization may hold one pathway for a credential and none for the rest of its operations.

02

Defined, not whole-institution

Most pathways accredit a defined program or system. CHSPS records exactly what was reviewed and what was excluded.

03

Programs, not people

CHSPS does not certify, license or credential individual practitioners.
