Organizations that produce continuing education and professional training across many offerings use Education Provider Accreditation as their continuing education accreditation: one independent review of the provider-level system — governance, faculty standards, instructional design, learner assessment and improvement — covering eligible offerings produced and controlled within the approved scope. The EDP pathway is active. Standard 2026.1 is published and has been effective since August 19, 2026. Eligibility and scope inquiries remain open year-round; CHSPS confirms the governing edition in writing. Term: 3 years.
Standard stack: CHSPS-CORE-100 + CHSPS-EDP-300. Inquiry, application, preparation, payment or review activity is not accredited status. Only a final CHSPS decision and current official verification record establish accredited status.
This pathway reviews the defined education-provider system — how you identify learning needs, design instruction, qualify instructors, deliver, assess learning and keep records — rather than treating every course as separately accredited. It fits associations, training companies, academies and internal-training units offering education across health, safety and professional practice.
How you determine what learners need and write measurable learning outcomes.
Instructional design methods, content accuracy review, and conflict-of-interest control over content.
How instructors and SMEs are selected, prepared and evaluated.
Whether delivery methods fit the outcomes, including virtual and on-demand formats.
How you know learning happened — and what completion actually certifies.
Completion records, credit issuance, learner data protection and evaluation-driven improvement.
After accreditation: $1,200 annually. Re-accreditation review: $2,600 on the three-year cycle. See the complete Fee Schedule 2026.1 for portfolio, late, reinstatement and payment terms.
Combined applications receive coordinated review and combined-fee treatment.
Accreditation is a continuing relationship. ACC-109 governs the common maintenance cycle; CHSPS-CORE-100 + CHSPS-EDP-300 continues to govern the accredited scope throughout the term.
The consolidated annual report confirms continuing operation and highlights changes that may affect conformity. Scope-specific prompts may focus on:

Renewal is not a blank restart. Current records can carry forward when still valid; the organization revalidates the current standards, implementation and performance, including:
Optional, separately operated education designed to help applicants prepare for the evidence stage.
Independence safeguard: CHSPS education is never required to apply, does not satisfy accreditation requirements by itself, and is not disclosed to or considered by accreditation decision-makers.

$3,900 for the initial review: the $950 application fee when you sign the applicant agreement, then the $2,950 review balance when you submit evidence. After that, $1,200 a year and a $2,600 renewal review every 3 years. The eligibility review is free.
The free eligibility review targets a written outcome within 10 business days after a complete inquiry. From application to decision, the planning target is about 3–6 months; your scope and how quickly findings are answered set the actual pace.
Nothing to upload. Step 1 asks only for your name, email and organization; the rest of the form covers scope, operating status and readiness, in about 5 minutes. Formal evidence comes after the agreement is signed: educational governance, needs and planning, content and faculty, delivery, assessment of learning, and evaluation and improvement.

Every eligibility review ends in a written outcome: Eligible, Potentially Eligible — Additional Information Required, or Not Eligible, with the specific thresholds not yet met. There is no charge for the review, and if a different CHSPS pathway fits better, the review says so.
