Accreditation Readiness Workshop
Two half-days of structured, general instruction on the published CHSPS framework, evidence mapping and internal gap-analysis methods, using standardized worked examples and reusable planning templates.
About this workshop
Two half-days of structured instruction in the published CHSPS CORE-100 and CERT-200 standards, Edition 2026.1 — what each clause asks for, what categories of evidence address it, and a general gap-analysis method your team applies internally afterward. All instruction uses standardized worked examples; the same content is delivered to every cohort.
The impartiality line, plainly: CHSPS educators teach the published requirements. They do not review, score or advise on any specific organization’s policies, evidence or application — before, during or after the workshop. Your gap analysis is yours alone, is never submitted to CHSPS, and has no bearing on any review.
What you will learn
- What each Core and CERT clause requires — and the difference between conformity and paperwork
- A structured gap-analysis method you can run internally, using the free Self-Assessment Workbook
- The categories of evidence the published standards name for governance, assessment quality, security and renewal
- How to sequence internal work into a realistic readiness plan before applying
Includes
- Evidence-mapping workbook (the Core and program standards)
- Self-assessment planning template — for internal use; never submitted to or scored by CHSPS
- Annotated standardized worked examples for key clause families

Certification leaders
Executive directors, certification directors and program managers preparing for the flagship pathway.
Boards & committees
Governance volunteers who must own impartiality, decisions and appeals under CORE 1, CORE 2 and CORE 7.

Certificate & policies
Participants completing both sessions receive a CHSPS certificate of completion for 8 contact hours. The certificate documents professional development only — it is not a credential, does not certify competence, confers no external CE credit, and provides no advantage in any CHSPS accreditation decision.
Instructor: delivered by CHSPS standards faculty. The confirmed instructor name, relevant credentials and required disclosures are provided before payment is accepted for the cohort. Cancellation, refunds, accommodations and recording policies: see the Education Terms, which govern cancellation, transfers and credits for paid education.
