Completing CHSPS education earns a certificate of completion documenting contact hours. It is not a professional certification, and no external continuing-education credit is awarded unless a course page states it explicitly.
For live paid offerings, the scheduled instructor or facilitator, relevant credentials and required disclosures are provided before payment is accepted. If those details are not yet published, the page accepts enrollment requests only. Instructors have no role in accreditation decisions.
Live sessions require attendance of the full session (joining within 10 minutes of start); workshops require both sessions plus the workbook exercise. Requirements appear on each course page.
Payments for CHSPS education are non-refundable once paid. A purchaser may reassign a seat to another person in My CHSPS at any time before it is used. If CHSPS cancels or materially reschedules an offering, the registration moves to the rescheduled sitting or to another scheduled offering at no additional charge; cash refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law. CHSPS does not operate an account-credit balance.
Captioning is enabled on all live sessions; materials are provided in accessible formats. Request additional accommodations via the contact form at least 5 business days before a session.
Live sessions are recorded; registrants receive replay access for 90 days. A current browser and stable connection are the only technical requirements; join links arrive by email after registration.
