Pharmacy & Medication Safety
Medication-use safety, pharmacy workforce competence, certification and continuing education.
Clinical education, workforce competency and medication-safety systems across care settings.
Hospitals, health systems, clinics and allied health organizations run education, competency and safety systems that patients and regulators depend on. CHSPS does not accredit a hospital or health system as a whole; it reviews defined systems inside it — how clinical staff are educated and supervised, how competence is verified before independent practice, and how medication-use risk is controlled.
