Rules from published scopes — not keyword guesses
- Step 1 selects the pathways whose published scope reviews that kind of program or system.
- Step 2 removes pathways with a domain limit that doesn't include your sector — for example, healthcare-only pathways.
- Add-ons and scope modules show when they apply and what they must be held with.
- When no published scope credibly fits, the result is an honest request for a scope review.
